First Appointment: Our first meeting
usually takes about an hour. We'll go over your
ideas, ask questions and listen to you. Please be
sure to bring any sketches, pictures or drawings
that show the kind of home you would like.
Preliminary Plans:
This is the initial rendering of your home,
with the designs and features you want. You'll take
these drawings with you and review them on your
schedule.
Detailed Review: We'll
meet again to review your comments and suggestions
to the Preliminary Plans. All comments and suggestions
will be included as we produce your actual blueprints.
Final Review: We'll notify you
when your four complete sets of blueprints are ready.
These detailed documents include the information
your contractor needs to build your dream home.
