Reasonable/Refundable Costs

Lavalley Lumber Company's Drafting Department fees are based on the approximate size of the building.

Up to 50% of these Drafting Fees will be refunded if your materials are purchased from Lavalley Lumber Company.

• Rough Sketches and Elevations are 75¢ per sq. ft ($150 minimum).
• Final Blueprints (4 complete sets) are 75¢ per sq. ft ($250 deposit required).
• Changes after Final Blueprint approval are $150 minimum.
• Site Visits are $50 per hour.
• Additional Blueprint copies are $2 per page.
